**Overview:** In this session, international author, speaker and diversity and inclusion executive and trainer, Naomi Sesay, takes a look at self-leadership in developing a D&amp;I ‘practice’ and provides a blueprint for building an inclusive leadership mindset.

**Bio**: With over 20 years of experience in television and media, Naomi Sesay has devoted her career to serving as a powerful advocate for diversity and inclusion and social enterprise. As a diversity and inclusion expert, Naomi has delivered training for an array of organizations including Google, Deloitte, Lloyds, YouTube, NBC Universal and MTV.
