Overview: In this session, international author, speaker and diversity and inclusion executive and trainer, Naomi Sesay, takes a look at self-leadership in developing a D&I ‘practice’ and provides a blueprint for building an inclusive leadership mindset.
Bio: With over 20 years of experience in television and media, Naomi Sesay has devoted her career to serving as a powerful advocate for diversity and inclusion and social enterprise. As a diversity and inclusion expert, Naomi has delivered training for an array of organizations including Google, Deloitte, Lloyds, YouTube, NBC Universal and MTV. She currently serves as Head of Creative Diversity at Channel 4 (UK) and is the author of The Human Upgrade: The Power to Create Your Future. Read more
