The Black Staff Caucus aims to build an inclusive leadership pipeline by advocating for professional development, mentoring and sponsorship programs at the Harvard Medical School, Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Wyss Institute. These programs address the critical need to bridge the diversity gap in leadership roles. To advance our mission, we identify resources and business partners within the LMA and the University to develop, pilot and manage these career pathway programs. We also align our programming centrally with the University’s commitment to advancing diversity, inclusion and belonging.
In 2021, the Black Staff Caucus and the Office of Employee Development and Wellness co-launched the Longwood Campus Mentoring Program.
