The goal of our Career Roundtable Discussions is to create an open forum for peers to exchange ideas, share career advancement strategies and help each other learn and grow.

Our programs are open to all staff of all backgrounds as we aim to attract a diverse and inclusive audience, where we all serve as a resource for one another and work in partnership to cultivate an inclusive learning community, build a diverse leadership pipeline and create a culture of belonging at Harvard.
