Project Description

The Black Staff Caucus is a professional and dedicated space that fosters the growth and personal wellbeing of Black staff members as they work and learn within the Harvard Longwood Campus. We create programming that centers on Black staff at Harvard Medical School (HMS), Harvard School of Dental Medicine (HSDM), Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health (HSPH), and the Wyss Institute. Our focus includes:

  • Career Advancement and Mentoring subcommittee (CAMs)
  • Equity and Social Justice (ESJ)
  • Cultural Programming and Member Engagement (CPME)
